Signature Design Features

Risk Reward Layout – Many holes reward strategic shot placement, particularly the par 5’s and select par-3’s, such as Hole #2, which features a forced carry to a large, undulating green with water hazards and sad fronting the green.

Natural Lowcountry Integration: Love’s design utilizes native coastal wetlands, moss, draped oaks, towering pines, and preserved native vegetation throughout the course. Wetlands and wildlife come into play on several holes, providing both challenge and aesthetic appeal.

Undulating Greens and Fairways: Greens are boldly contoured and challenging, a hallmark Love of Golf Design. Fairways are generally wide but require previse positioning approach shots.

Strategic Bunkering: Dramatic and well-placed bunkers challenge golfers to think carefully about the risk versus reward while enhancing visual appeal.

Metropolitan Golf Group operates membership-based country clubs, including Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township, New Jersey, and The Summit Club in Armonk, New York.

“Since it opened in 1998, Eagle’s Pointe has been a popular Lowcountry destination for visitors and members and is conveniently located just a few minutes from Hilton Head,” said Christopher R.
